Déjà Vu (Original title)

Synopsis: Sci-fi thriller. When an explosion on a ferry in New Orleans is linked to a young woman's murder, Doug Carlin of the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) investigates. He soon learns that the government has created a device which can effectively watch the past through a special sort of camera. Carlin hopes to use clues to catch the woman's killer. Then he finds they can actually affect the course of past events, and he determines to try to prevent the murder and the ferry attack from having happened in the first place.
